Our name pays homage to Bohemian FC of Dublin — one of Ireland's oldest and most storied football clubs — and to the enduring Celtic spirit that binds our community.
In 2019, the club merged with the historic University-Mount Wellington AFC to form Uni-Mount Bohemian AFC. The Sunday league teams continue under the AFC Bohemian Celtic banner.
Based in Auckland, we are proud members of the ASFA, competing at the highest level of Sunday league football. Every match is a celebration of our shared heritage.

Our Journey
Bohemian Celtic FC first appears in the Auckland Sunday Football Association, winning the 2nd Division title and the Premier Plate in their debut competitive season.
The club wins its first ASFA Premiership title, along with the Premier Cup and Charity Shield — a historic treble that announced the Bohs as a dominant force in Auckland Sunday football.
A period of sustained excellence sees the Bohs collect multiple consecutive Premiership titles, Cups, and Charity Shields throughout the mid-2000s.
The club completes another remarkable season with the Premiership, Premier Cup, and Charity Shield.
Bohemian Celtic FC merges with University-Mount Wellington AFC to form Uni-Mount Bohemian AFC.
After the merger, AFC Bohemian Celtic reclaims the ASFA Premiership title and the Charity Shield, proving the spirit of the Bohs is stronger than ever.
The Bohs win the ASFA Premiership and Premier Cup double.
